If you need to cancel your appointment:
Outside 4 BUSINESS hours there will be absolutely NO CHARGE to your account.
If you cancel within 4 business hours:
25% of the fee will be charged to your account, BUT ONLY IF WE CANNOT FILL YOUR APPOINTMENT.
If you do not attend your appointment and have not told us:
You will be billed for 50% of the fee.
