Ashleigh has been an extremely valued member of the NMK team since 2008. She brings some great organisational skills and is also the team IT/reporting saviour! Ashleigh has a keen interest in languages and hospitality and is currently studying International Hotel Management and Arts. In turn she has her sights on managing a hotel in a foreign country one day.
Courtney has been a member of the NMK team since early 2009. She brings to the team a great laid back personality and brilliant work ethic. Courtney is currently studying psychology and also training to become a personal trainer.
Meg has been a fantastic member of the NMK team since early 2008. She brings a great energy, lots of laughs and her unbeatable organisation skills to the team. Meg has recently been inspired to join the No More Knots massage crew and will be embarking on her Diploma of Remedial Massage at the end of February 2011 with hopes to be qualified and helping our clients to become pain free by the end of this year.
Kelly has been a Remedial Massage Therapist for over 10 years. Her keen interest in sports massage stems from Kelly’s own sporting background, having spent 3 years as an athlete at the Australian Institute of Sport Squash program. Kelly has been heavily involved with the QLD Reds and has travelled internationally with the squad to both South Africa and New Zealand. Kelly also works closely with athletes from sports teams such as the Wallabies, QAS Track and Field, Powerlifting, Firebirds, Australian Hockey, Brisbane Bullets, AIS Squash, QLD Surfboat Rowing and Accenture Triathletes.
Clare is one of the longest serving members of the NMK team, having worked at the clinic since 2005 after graduating from the Australian College of Natural Medicine. Clare now works as NMK’s Therapist Coordinator which involves a combination of treating her loyal clients as well as organising ongoing training for the therapists, recruiting new therapists, supporting the admin team and liaising between health funds. She is also responsible for the new look of our website (which we love!) and has played a large part in reducing the carbon footprint of NMK by taking the importance of recycling and energy efficiency to a whole new level…
Kristy has been with the No More Knots team since 2007. As General Manager, her role is probably best described as varied - dealing with everything from business development to the day to day logistical running of our busy clinics. Without her absolute steadfast commitment to keeping things going smoothly, NMK would simply not be able to cope with the 400+ clients per week that we are currently helping become pain free. Kristy’s catchphrase: ”Always happy to help!”
Mel is one of the newest members of the NMK team and is based at our brand new Taringa clinic. She joins the team as a receptionist but also has a Diploma in Remedial Massage which she completed in 2008. This technical knowledge of massage as well as her many years of experience in a reception role makes her the perfect fit for the No More Knots team! Welcome Mel.
As NMK’s Reception Coordinator, Sarah brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to this incredibly demanding role. Having always had an interest in natural health, Sarah has qualifications in both beauty therapy and massage therapy and is passionate about always delivering exceptional customer service no matter what the situation.
Nikkie has been with the NMK team since mid 2011. Working part time on reception mostly with the weekend crew, she is also pursuing a degree in Drama, English and Education at QUT which she aims to have completed by 2014. As a keen sports enthusiast, Nikkie particularly loves volleyball and hockey, and is often found seeking massages from the therapist team to help keep her injury free!
